It’s with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Therese Hamm-Sexton, a beloved wife, mother, neighbor and well-respected member of the Yakima community.
A woman of quiet elegance, she once served as Miss Selah. While carrying the title with pride, she never flaunted it.
For many years she was a familiar and welcoming face at the Bank of Yakima. Therese dearly adored and enjoyed her customers, treating every person who walked through the door with the care of a friend.
She will be sorely missed by her family, her dear friends, and the neighbors who could always count on her kindness.
Her legacy remains in the beautiful connections she shared with us all.
