He was born September 27, 1931 in Naches, WA to Amos and Nellie Goodman. He lived in Yakima until he went into the Navy in April 1951. He fought in the Korean War and was honorably discharged March 1955.
He loved fishing, his parrot Blue, motorcycles, woodworking and eating at McDonalds.
He was preceded in death by his wife Rita, the love of his life, in 2015. He is survived by his four children, Cindy Rines, Tim Goodman, Tina Gridley and Kim Hester, his stepdaughter Lisa, 16 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Services will be held Tuesday, October 10th, 1:00 p.m. at Langevin El Paraiso Funeral Home, 1010 W. Yakima Avenue, Yakima, Washington.
