Venetia was born in Burbank, Calif. on Feb. 15, 1965 to Ariel Dela Fuente, Havana, Cuba, and Virginia Zier-Hill of Yakima.
Venetia had a very full happy life and her family was very important to her. She loved antiques and reading. Cleaning house was her passion and it was always immaculate.
Venetia is survived by her loving daughter, Lana Ann Dela Fuente Ruiz (Armando Ruiz Sr.), her son, Alex Dela Fuente of Japan. Also her fiancee, Ed Brayall, mother Virginia Hill, father Ariel Dela Fuente, and sister Vanessa Dela Fuente (Charlie O’Brien). Also surviving are her aunt Peggy Williams of Ontario, Calif., and aunt Ruth Anton of Calif. Her adorable grandkids, Armando Jr. and Amarissa Rose Ruiz were the light of her life. She spoiled them and they are really going to miss her. Her white pit bull, Kilo, went everywhere with her. She was also survived by many friends in the Yakima Valley and Idaho.
Celebration of life will be at Keith & Keith Funeral Home June 18th at 1 PM. She will be buried at Tahoma Cemetery, with the ashes of her last dog, Princess.
