He was born to Ernest Bitz and Martha (Sawyer) Bitz on July 8, 1948, in Yakima. Wallace was raised and grew up in Wiley City, and attended Perry Trade to be an electrician. He worked for various employers. His last employer was Artic Lighting & Electric from Spokane.
He really loved his sports, The Mariners, Seahawks, car racing, and fishing.
He is survived by his loving wife Sophie Bitz, son Curtis (Shannon) Bitz and their children Thomas and Triston, sisters Ramona Mack, Jan Carmack (Dan), and Paulette Jankovsky her partner Bob, a brother Roger Bitz (Virginia), and sister-in-laws Bernice and Mary Jo Bitz. And a very special thanks to Tom and Gary who were like brother’s to him.
He is preceded in death by his parent Ernsest and Martha, as well as brothers Marvin and Stan Bitz.
At his request there will be no services.
