Warren Taylor Hayes, age 86, formerly of Bellingham, WA, passed away on May 26, 2023, in Yakima, WA. Warren served his country with pride and retired from the Army. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Hayes. He is also survived by his children, Glenn Hayes, Erik Hayes, Brian (Becky) Church, Lana (Roger Myers) Church Hayes-Myers, Don (LaShel) Church, and Kathryn Pitner. Warren is also survived by his sister, Penni Hansen. Warren was blessed with many grandchildren and great grandchildren, including Sabree, who had a special bond with her "Papa."
A visitation for Warren will be held Thursday, June 15, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at 4207 - Keith & Keith Funeral Home, 902 West Yakima Ave, Yakima, WA 98902. A graveside service will occur Friday, June 16, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Bayview Cemetery, 1420 Woburn Street, Bellingham, WA 98229.
