

William G. Wilson went on his final adventure of his life on November 16, 2025, with his wife Bev by side. Bill was born on January 7, 1940, in Wapato, WA, where he was raised by his parents and graduated from Wapato High School in 1958.
Bill worked various jobs until he went to work for the Wapato Police Dept. in 1962. In 1964, Bill went to work for the Yakima Police Dept. until he retired on Sept.1, 1990. On April 29, 1983, he married Beverly K. King and her 2 children. Bill enjoyed camping, traveling in his motorhome and spending time with friends, family and grandchildren.
Bill was a member of the Eagles and the Moose Lodge in Yakima where they danced, taught dancing and enjoyed many hours with family and friends.
Bill is survived by his wife, Bev of 42 yrs., four children, Dean (Melissa) Wilson, George Wilson, Patrick (Melissa) Wilson, Tina Tornow and many loving children and 3 faithful children, obi, molly, and Freida. Bill was preceded in death by his mother, Ada Wilson, Father George Wilson, brother Robert Wilson, 2 daughters Diane Wilson and Wendy E. Cantrell.
A Celebration of Life for William G. "Bill" Wilson will be held at Langevin El Paraiso Funeral Home, located at 1010 West Yakima Ave, Yakima, WA, 98902, United States. The service is scheduled for December 3, 2025, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
