I met Doris at the Y years ago, and she became a dear friend. She talked so much about the wonderful family she had and how truly blessed she was to have them in her life. She will always have a very special place in my heart. She was such an inspiration to me and many others. She will be surely missed. Ed and I are so truly grateful that Doris was with us to celebrate our 60th and 70th birthday this past year. This picture was taken September 28, 2018 at Ed surprise 70th birthday. The people in the picture are just a few of Doris's Y swim buddies.
