Scott Andrew Williams

Scott Andrew Williams, 30 of Yarmouth passed away unexpectedly on June 5, 2016. He was born on Jan 23, 1986 in Kansas City, Missouri, the son of Elizabeth Luttrell and Peter James Williams. Scott graduated from Blue Springs South High School in 2004. He was on the varsity baseball team and played baseball in competitive leagues throughout his youth and into high school. He attended Coffeyville Community College on a baseball scholarship. Scott is survived by his mother and father, his brother Ross Stewart Williams and his wife Ashley, and his brother Thomas James Williams.

Scott was passionate about all sports, and loved following baseball, college football (especially Mizzou football, baseball and basketball). He could cite any sports trivia and loved the game and life, in general. He also loved the beach and spending time there with his family. Scott was an avid and accomplished golfer and applied this passion to his work in turf management and maintenance on local golf courses in multiple cities, most recently in Cape Elizabeth, Maine. He was pursuing his dream and goal of setting up his own lawn service company.

Scott loved to laugh and engage in lively discussions about sports, politics, beaches, fishing, history and anything having to do with the great outdoors. In his short life, he touched many lives with his loyalty, passion and care. We miss him tremendously.
