My memory is bowling at Yankee Lanes. Watching Gie and the strikes she would get. Then her smile afterwards. Bringing yummy food to our Christmas Parties. She was always very pleasant and thoughtful. She will be missed.

Virginia, you will be missed. You were a beautiful and wonderful friend, I will miss your smile and your kindness. You inspired me with your hard work and gentle personality, always so kind and going the extra miles to make sure everyone was happy. I remember the cards I received from you on my birthday and Christmas time. Wish we could have had more time with you, Please watch over your family. They are in my thoughts and prayers as it will be hard for them. To a Special Angel With Love Always

I knew Gie from The Lady Linkers golf league at Mere Creek Golf Club. She had a wonderful golf game that I truly admired and was a pleasure to play with. I am shocked and saddened at her sudden passing and send peace and sympathies to her family.

I am so sorry for the loss of you. I have nothing but fond memories of you when I was little and not enough now that I'm grown. You were an amazing woman and I took advantage of the fact that you would always be around. I wish there had been more time.
