

On February 17th, 1927 Anna was born in Kurima, Czechoslovakia. She came to America in 1930 and lived in Bridgeport, Ct. In 1933 she and her family moved to Yonkers, NY.
Anna attended Holy Trinity Grade School and then went on to attend Yonkers High School for a year and then transferred to Girl’s Vocational School. Anna married her husband John Pollack on February 12th, 1944. They relocated to Bridgeport, Ct for 6 years and then moved back to Yonkers, NY. Anna worked at Stewarts Printing Mills and then went on to work at Otis Elevator Company UTC for 31 years.
Anna was predeceased her parents Mary and Andrew Drobnak, her husband John, and their daughter Christine Lorraine. Anna is survived by her three children, Anne Feury and her husband Leo, her son Dennis and his wife Sharon, and her son Carl and his wife Marianne.
Anna is also survived by 5 grandchildren (Margaret, Christine, Kevin, Adrienne, and John), 8 great grandchildren (Kevin Jr., George Jr., Sydney, Rebecca, Matthew, Deirdra, Abagail, and Tiffiny) and 8 great great grandchildren (Bella, K.J., Andre, Jerry, Alex, Kaiden, Hudson, and Bianca). She is also survived by her sister Regina Gratzon and one nephew Steve and two nieces Patti and Jennifer.
Anna will be interred at Saint Joseph’s Cemetery in Yonkers, NY.
A mass of christian burial for Anna will be held Thursday, December 30, 2021 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM at Sacred heart RC Church, 110 Shonnard Pl, Yonkers, NY 10703. Following the mass od christian burial will be an interment from 10:45 AM to 11:20 AM at St. Joseph's Cemetery, 209 Truman Avenue, Yonkers, NY 10703.
