Arlene Sasko Meginn

Born on December 4, 1941 to Anthony and Pauline (Trancynger) Sasko in Yonkers where she was raised and graduated from Commerce High School. Arlene was a parishioner of Christ the King Church; taught C.C.D. at Christ the King Parish and was the supervisor of the Weekly Prayer Group for over ten years. She is survived by her two children, Pauline Frances Sturtevant of Belair, MD., William A. Meginn of Yonkers and her special friend William Alker. She is also survived by her grandson Jason and her sisters, Joan Campion and Frances Sasko Sansalone and her one brother Anthony Sasko. She was predeceased by her four brothers; Robert , Albert, Frederick and Richard Sasko. Visiting hours will be at the Whalen & Ball Funeral Home on Monday, May 9th from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be in Christ the King Church Tuesday, May 10th at 10:00 a.m. Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery. Donations may be made to Christ the King Church in Arlene’s memory.
