Charles L. Crisfield, 83, of Yonkers died on Wednesday January 18, 2023.
He was born October 14, 1939. Beloved husband of 61 years to Bonita "Bonnie" (Hamm). Dear father to Robert (Cathy); Cheryl McCutcheon (John); Brian (Kim); Craig (Noeleen); Kevin (Cris). Loved grandfather of Jeremy, Eric, Kyle, Bryn and Conor. Brother to Joanne Grabowitz and Joseph Gilbert. Employed for 35 years as a Design Engineer for NY Telephone/Verizon. Lifelong Yonkers resident and diehard Yankees fan. Parishioner of St. Anthony Church. Active in local politics and an original member of the Colts Boys Club. Preceded by his parents Lewis and Lillian (Gilroy) and sister Diane Abbondola.
Visiting hours will be at Whalen & Ball Funeral Home on Sunday 2-6pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Anthony's Church on Monday January 23rd at 10am. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.
