Charlie Hayes of Beacon, New York died on Sunday December 31, 2012 at age 59. He was born on November 20, 1953 in India and educated in England; he came to the United States at age 30. Charlie worked as a Bus Operator for the MTA in New York City and retired 2 years ago. On May 22, 1995 he married Jennifer Galik in Yonkers; she survives. He is also survived by his father-in-law John Galik and the late Patricia Galik; his in-laws John (Michelle) Galik, Kathy (Frank) Hernandez, Cynthia (Mohamad) Riaz, Karen Galik and several nieces and one nephew. Funeral Services will be held Thursday January 3rd at Ferncliff Chapel at 2pm.
