Darlene was a sweet, caring and loving person. She always wanted to show you the correct way of serving food at church or setting up tables the correct way( smile). She would greet me at the church door with something to say or ask
about my father. She would always ask Denise, how I was doing, when
I was out of town. I will truly miss Darlene and her warm smile. RIH Darlene, you earned your wings.

Rest in Peace Aunt Chicken. I just sent a picture to Jeannette last just week to share with you of how well the Peace Lilly plant you gifted me is doing. You will be missed, though you left a legacy in this world with those who knew you and have you in their hearts. You are with your Savior and the rest of the family. You loved angels and have now become one of them. Love you. - Diana (aka Ana / Little Twin)

God has called from labor to rest a loving mother who cared so much for her children. Her spirit and purpose in life was to always help someone in need. She dedicated much of her time supporting her church activities.
I'm sadden that I could not travel to be at her Home Going due to the Corona virus restrictions. I pray the Lord would give strength & Peace to Jeannette, Tony, Leslie and her entire family.
With love and Peace that only God can assure you.
