I am so very upset about David’s unfortunate death. Dave and I were good friends during the 1990s-2015.  I worked closely with David while  I was a chief Compliance Officer at certain firms in which he represented certain  brokers in his professional  capacity before the SEC and NASD.  He also represented me at a Wells Hearing before the SEC. (We won).  We lost touch in around 2015 or so except for one or two “how are you” types of calls.  I just today learned of his death and am exceptionally upset about losing such a kind and helpful personal and professional friend.  The world has lost an exceptional human being.

My professor at Brooklyn Law School... and more importantly... taught me to be a lawyer... he was the kindest person and best lawyer I have ever known... he taught me never to give up... and taught me to be me myself always... so smart...with such wisdom...  I ways always afraid to disappoint... and I tried never to do so... I loved him so as my mentor... my heart is broken... I'm here for you if you need me...

He was one of a kind.

To Davids Family My Heart is broken to find this news about David, he was a good and kind man and loved his children dearly, we had many conversations about his children and mine and he always beamed and glowed, Over Both of You. I cannot Tell You How he loved loved talking about your accomplishments as you both are his legacy, I am numb ... I assure you his love for his family was Huge and certainly genuine and founded . I was so saddened to hear of David's death.  He was my last office mate in Trial Bureau 50.  At the time we became office mates, I was recovering from a car accident and walked with a cane.  David gave me many a ride home, including on 9/11.  I am not quite sure how I would have gotten out of the City that day had it not been for him.

His intellect was razor sharp, and he was a great attorney.  

I know he adored his family; he talked of you often and  and with great affection.  My heart goes out to you as learn to live without him in your midst.   

I am deeply saddened to learn of David’s passing. He was my friend and colleague in the Manhattan DA’s Office and after as members of the defense bar. He always stood for justice and railed against those who cheapened it. Ave atque vale to a good guy!

David was not only an outstanding securities and defense attorney, but far more importantly he was a great friend to many of us and a person of outstanding character and integrity.  I really enjoyed our dinners together at various spots in Manhattan throughout the years catching up about colleagues and world events.  I will really miss my great friend David.

David was a very smart, creative and aggressive attorney who took real pleasure in his work.  He had a strong life force, and it's terribly sad that he was taken away from us before his time.  My condolences to his family and friends.

I am so sorry to hear of David's passing. My condolences to his family, especially to his children, whom I know he loved very much. I had grown close to David in the past year and knew him to be kind to others, very smart, and thoughtful, both in word and deed. I will miss him terribly.








David was so much more than an outstanding prosecutor at the Manhattan D.A.'s Office - he was a real gentleman and always a pleasure to work with. I'm shocked and sad to hear the news of his death. My deepest condolences to his loved ones.
