I was so sad to hear about the passing  of Mr. Reinah.  Please accept my deepest condolences. He was a beautiful person. Always kind and loving. He knew how to make everyone feel special and important. The world was a  better place because of David Reinah. My prayers and thoughts are with the whole family at this time.

You are so very special to us.  We will always remember you with warmth, think of you with pride and cherish with love.  So many beautiful and funny memories!

Wow, where to start. There are so many great memories. When I was I kid, my brother Paul and I used to look forward to when we visited Uncle Dave and Diti Alice.  It was always a wonderful time. Dave had unique gift of telling stories. I loved them.  He made the stories come to life and made you feel like you were in the stories. I never got tired of them. Uncle Dave, you’re giving to be missed and we all love you.  You had a huge  influence on my life. 

A lot of great memories, and still I wish there were more. The biggest of course was from my Confirmation when there were so many attendees in the church Dave was forced to go upstairs by the church organ and accidentally backed into the chimes/bells and everyone looked up. But the biggest influence on my every day life is to say “keppe” as slang instead of the word “head”. I say this to my daughter and would give my mother kisses on her head in the hospital and nursing care saying “I kiss your keppe” and she would smile. He was truly wonderful, lit up the room, and always put a smile on my face.
