Eva M. Sillie

Eva M. Sillie’ was born in Alabama on January 24, 1938 to the late James and Jessie Bearden. She is survived by her loving husband Edward Sillie’ and her two children Barry and Shelane. She was a loving, caring, and strong willed wife, mother, sister, aunt and grandmother. Eva’s wisdom and straight talk would always make you reflect on life and help you stand up to whatever challenges you were facing. She was a Fierce Woman and Loyal Friend, often referred to as “Mom” by the many people she came into contact with. Eva was retired after 25 years of service as a Nurse in Westchester County. She dedicated many of service as the President of the Board of Directors as Hillcroft Townhouse Condominiums. Eva departed this dear life on Friday, September 19th 2014. She is also survived by her sister Gladys Peoples, her grandson Alex Sillie’, grand-daughters Brianna and Teal Sillie’, step-children Yolanda, Robert and Denise, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and life-long friends.
