Frances S. Carlsson (nee Squazzo) of Yonkers died on Thursday March 15, 2012 at her residence. She was 90 years old. She was born on February 3, 1922 to Thomas and Isabelle Palladino Squazzo in Yonkers where she was raised and educated. She was predeceased by her husband Carl E. Carlsson and her son Eric Carlsson. She is survived by a granddaughter Michelle Carlsson-Velasco and two great grandchildren, Samantha and Nicholas Velasco. Visitation will be at Whalen & Ball Funeral Home on Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Funeral service will take place on Wednesday March 21st at 10 AM in the funeral home. Interment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
