He was born on February 3, 1964 to Harold A., Sr. and Judy Wardlaw James in Yonkers. He graduated Jackson High School in Cambria Heights, N.Y. and Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry. Mr. James was an administrator for Goodwill Industry in Eastchester for eight years until he took sick. He was a sports enthusiast, enjoyed bowling and belonged to a bowling league at Homefield Bowl in Yonkers. On November 6, 2009, he married his loving wife, Melanie Burton in Yonkers. Mrs. Burtn survives and lives in Yonkers. In addition to his wife, he is survived by four sons, Harold Anthony James of Columbus, Ohio, Terrell James of Ohio, Stephon James of Illinois and Sheem James of Yonkers, two daughters, Nicole James of Yonkers and Amyra James of New York City and one brother, Kenneth Allen James of Waterbury, CT. He is also survived by his four grandchildren, Shay, Chase, Leah and Francis. A memorial visitation will be held at Whalen & Ball Funeral Home on Monday March 18th from 2-4pm.
