
Jean Dinkins 68 departed this life at Phelps Hospital in Tarrytown, New York. She grew up in West Chester, PA, and attended school in West Chester PA area before relocating to Yonkers New york. She was employed by the Chester County Hospital in PA and later employed by the Jewish Guild for the Blind in Yonkers New York where she retired from. She was an active member of the City of the Lord Praise Temple of Yonkers which she attended on a regular basis. She enjoyed traveling and was always helping her family members and other people, she will be sadly missed. Jean is survived by her husband Roy Dinkins of 22 years and mother Janie L. Raymond of West Chester PA, In laws Francis and Pinkney Dinkins of Sumpter South Carolina; 3 sisiters Burnette Ray of Phoenix, VA, Rita Oliveras of West Chester, PA, and Cathy Brisbon of Camden, DE; also 2 brothers, Robert W. Clark of West Chester PA, and Edward A. Clark of Coatsville, PA, in addition she leaves a host of loving, uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, great nieces/nephews and great great nieces/nephews and many friends. She was preceded in death by a stepfather, Edward A. Raymond and brother James W. Clark.
