He was born in Mt. Vernon, NY, on January 3, 1973. He was the beloved husband of Marisa, the loving father of Joseph and Dominick. Beloved son to Donald and Lynn Murphy. Beloved son-in-law of Giuseppe and Dora Bollella; Beloved brother to Stephanie (Ron), Christina (Jack), and Donald (Laura). Beloved brother-in-law to Silvana (Luigi) and Domenico (Lucia). He is survived by his nieces and nephews, Giuseppe, Kyle, Lynn, Alexandra, Liam, Alice & Wyatt. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Joe was an avid Yankee and Giants Fan. He had a love for old cars, comic books, and collectibles.
A life gone too soon but he will remain in our hearts.
Visiting hours will be at Whalen & Ball Funeral Home on Wednesday 4-8pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Sacred Heart Church on Thursday August 10th at 10am. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.
