Judy was a beloved mother, grandmother and friend.
Judy was a kind, and generous person who would always put others first. She would help anyway she can and never wanted anything in return. Judy was a loving, devoted wife to David Hartley for 47 years until his passing in 2008.

She is predeceased by her husband David, her mother Jenny Costabile, her sisters Joyce and Janice and brother Jerry (Jake) Costabile.
She is survived by her sons Scott Hartley (Robin), Shaun Hartley (Brenda), her grandchildren Skyler, Tyler, and Alexis. Extended family Jessica, Will, Jacob and Justin Martinez.

Memorial visiting hours will be at Whalen & Ball Funeral Home on Monday December 4th from 4-7pm. Funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Tuesday December 5th at 10am. Inurnment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery.
