Kathleen Zinzi

Kathleen was born on January 27, 1937 to Patrick and Mary Kate (Herity) Coyle in the Bronx, New York where she was raised and attended parochial schools. Kathleen married Daniel J Zinzi on February 7, 1959 at St Peter and Paul’s church in the Bronx, and was happily married until his passing in 2004. Kathleen loved listening to music from morning to night. She was also an animal lover who rescued her beloved cat, Buttercup, and enjoyed working at Suburban Pest Control for over 35 years. She was an amazing wife, mother and grandmother. Kathleen is survived by her children Daniel P Zinzi and Kathleen Santariga, her granddaughter Amanda Silano, grandsons Nicholas Santariga and Daniel F Zinzi. She is also survived by her daughter-in-law Tess Zinzi, son-in-law Al Santariga and brother Martin Coyle. Kathleen is preceded in death by her husband Daniel J Zinzi, daughter Coleen Carfora and brothers Patrick and Eddie Coyle. Visiting hours will be at Whalen & Ball Funeral Home on Sunday 2-6pm. Funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Monday November 7th at 10am. Interment will follow at Ferncliff Cemetery in Hartsdale.
