Lucille was born on October 15, 1938 in New York City to Anthony and Carmela Villa. She spent her younger years in Manhattan, where she went to school for fashion design and developed her skills as a gifted seamstress. She married her husband, Peter, on May 16, 1959. They started their family in Brooklyn and continued in Yonkers for nearly 60 years. She permanently relocated to her beach house in New Jersey with her husband in 2021. Lucille embraced everyone she met with her warm and loving nature.
Lucille is survived by her husband, Peter, her children, Josephine (Edward), Carmela (Alex) Hidalgo, Andrew (Lisa) Cassini and Toni Ann (Chris), her grandchildren, Briana (Anthony), Edward (Juliette), Alexis (Dan), Angela (KJ), Anthony, Peter (Lyrik), Gina (Mike), Olivia, great granddaughter, Lucille, and siblings Lenny and Pat Villa, Patricia Perrone, and Toni and Michael Wiest.

Visiting hours will be at Whalen & Ball Funeral Home on Sunday 3-7pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Christ the King Church on Monday February 14th at 10am. Interment will follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery.
