
Marguerite J. Tuttle (nee Alban), a longtime Yonkers resident, died on Friday October 30, 2015 at her residence in Yonkers. She was 77 years old. She was born on November 12, 1937 to John and Margaret Gunther Alban in Yonkers where she was raised and educated. She graduated from Sacred Heart High School, attended Marymount College and then received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mathematics from Queens College. Mrs. Tuttle was computer programmer for Westchester County for many years. Her hobbies included bowling and camping. On July 27, 1957, she married her loving husband Harry R. Tuttle in Sacred Heart Church. Mr. Tuttle died on May 29, 1987. Mrs. Tuttle is survived by two daughters, Jeanne Marie Albanese of Bergenfield, N.J. and Adrienne Tuttle and her husband Ray of Ludlow, Vt. and two brothers, Gerald Alban of Oxford, Ct. and John Alban of Yonkers. She is also survived by four grandchildren, Jennifer, James, Joseph and Raymond and one great granddaughter, Alyssalynn. She was predeceased by a son Harry Tuttle, Jr., a brother, Eugene Alban and two sisters, Lorraine Alban and Agnes Crossin. Visiting hours will be at Whalen & Ball Funeral Home on Friday 2-4 & 7-9pm. Funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Saturday November 7th at 9:30am. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
