Marilyn Starkey

Marilyn E. Starkey (nee Fealy) affectionately known as Doll; died on Wednesday February 15, 2012 at age 81. Born on September 26, 1930 to Vincent and Helen (Paulson) Fealy in Yonkers where she was raised and graduated from Gorton H.S. On June 25, 1955 she was married to Donald G. Starkey (Retired Yonkers Fire Department Lieut.-Past Commander of the City of Yonkers Arson Investigators) in St. Mary’s Church; he died on August 24, 1999. Mrs. Starkey is survived by her 4 children Donald F. of New Windsor, N.Y., Vincent W. (Lisa) Starkey (YPD) of Yorktown Heights; Karen (Frank) Minichino of Patterson, N.Y. and Grace (Steven) Bruno of Carmel,N.Y. She is also survived by her 9 Grandchildren; Melissa, Jason (YFD), Nicholas (YPD), Stevie, Donald, Vincent, Thomas, Kara, and Kyle and her brother Vincent W. Fealy. Visitation will be at the Whalen & Ball Funeral Home on Friday from 2 – 4 & 7 – 9 P.M. Mass of Christian Burial will be in Sacred Heart Church on Saturday February 18th. at 9:30am. Interment Mt.
