Mary T. (Markus) Maciocha

Mary graduated from Commerce High School in 1944. She worked as a bookkeeper at Dellwood Dairy and subsequently, as a waitress at the St. Andrews Golf Club in Hastings, NY and the Polish Community Center in Yonkers, NY. Mary loved dancing the polka, gardening and traveling. Her worldly travels took her to Hawaii as well as many countries, including Egypt, China, Russia and Switzerland. In recent years, Mary resided in Wilton, Connecticut.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Caring Hospice Services of Connecticut or the Alzheimer’s Association.

A visitation will be held at Whalen & Ball Funeral Home, located at 168 Park Ave, Yonkers, NY 10703, on January 8, 2026, from 9:00 am to 10:30 am.

The Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. Anthony's Catholic Church, 10 Squire Ave, Yonkers, NY 10703, on January 8, 2026, from 11:00 am to 11:45 am.

The committal service will follow at St Joseph's Cemetery, 209 Truman Ave, Yonkers, NY 10703, on January 8, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 12:15 pm.
