Mary Resetar

Mary Resetar (Kovach) passed away peacefully on July 8, 2012, at the age of 91. A long-time resident of Yonkers, NY, Mary is survived by two children: Melanie Bonnie of Yonkers, NY, and John Resetar III (Donna) of Norcross, GA. Mary was pre-deceased by her loving husband, John Resetar Jr. (“Honchy”). She is also survived by four grandchildren – Alyson O’Mahoney (John), Melissa Moran (Sean), Jason Resetar and Keith Resetar, as well as four great grandchildren (Ryan, Emily, Thomas and Ansley), and her lifelong friend and sister-in-law, Helen Homa (Resetar). Arrangements have been made at Whalen & Ball Funeral Home on Park Avenue, Yonkers, for viewings on Tuesday, July 17, 2012, from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m., with a special Parastas service at 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 18th, at the Holy Trinity Russian Orthodox Church on Seymour Street in Yonkers at 9:30 a.m., with the burial immediately following at Mt.
