

Myroslaw Kuzmiak was born in Szprotawa, Poland and came to Yonkers in 1988. Here he met his wife Maria and received the sacrament of marriage at St. Michael the Archangel Ukrainian Catholic Church. Myroslaw is a beloved father to two sons, Andrew and Roman. He was known to be a lively, happy, and faithful person. He has touched the lives of others with his way of life, attitude, and faithfulness to God and the Church. Through his endless work and strong faith, he has created a loving family and has left behind countless memories of happiness for many to share. Along with his wife and children, he leaves behind his brother Bohdan with family, his relatives, and so many friends. We would especially like to thank Father Kiril for his endless support, fervent prayers, and assistance. We would also like to thank the St Michael’s Parish family, whom Myroslaw deeply cherished, for their prayers and support during this time, and all family, friends and loved ones. Visiting hours will be at Whalen & Ball Funeral Home on Friday from 4-8pm. Panahyda Friday 7:30pm. Funeral Service will be held in St. Michael’s Ukrainian Catholic Church on Saturday September 23rd at 10am. Interment will follow at Holy Spirit Cemetery, Campbell Hall, N.Y. Instead of laying flowers, please make donations to either: St Michael the Archangel Ukrainian Catholic Church, Yonkers NY or St Basil Seminary – Ukrainian Catholic Eparchy of Stamford. A Bus will be available for transportation from St Michaels Church to Holy Spirit Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery. A sheet will be available at the funeral home to record the amount of spaces required.
