Mykola Twerdowsky of Dobbs Ferry died on Friday October 26, 2012 at age 93. Born on June 22, 1919 in the Ukraine. He worked as a Line Type Operator for the Daily News. He was predeceased by his wife the former Maria Keis. Mykola is survived by his 2 children Iryna (Volodymyr) Hoshovskyj and Bohdan (Chrystana) Twerdowsky and 4 grandchildren Tanya, Natalie, Victor and Andrew. Visitation will be at Whalen and Ball Funeral Home on Sunday November 4, 2012 from 2 – 4pm and 7 – 9pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be in St. Michaels Ukrainian Catholic Church on Friday November 5, 2012 at 9:30am. Interment will be at St. Andrews Cemetery in Boundbrook, N.J.
