I only found out about yur passing today.  Crazy how people don't realize how much time has passed until the time has passed. I thank you for being my clinical mentor when I was enrolled in the NP program.  You taught me true medicine and how a true physical exam should be done.  You were truely one of a kind and I can hear you saying "God bless you" as you so fondly always said to me.  May you continue to rest in peace in the arms of the angels.

My deepest condolences to the entire Sayegh family, several of which I know...they saved my life!! I've been reading all the messages that people have written in the is book..it's amazing how many people Dr. Nazar touched in someway. I loved this man!! He was my Dr. for many years..I was not just a number to him..I was real person!! Besides being a great Dr., he was a great person..caring for his patients like they were family. I just found out yesterday that he had passed and I was sick that I didn't have time to pay my respects.  Please know that my prayers are with all of you..May God help you to move on and remembering the good times.  That would be what he would want. GOD BLESS!! RIP Dr. Nazar the world lost one it's BEST!!!!

I can never say enough about a fine Dr. I thank GOD every day for him, he took the time and listened to me, and saved my life. Literally I was on borrowed time. I will miss him, I felt I lost a member of my own family. My sympathy to his family.

I use to work @St Joseph's hospital n would see Dr Sayegh walk in. Always smiling n very friendly saying hello to me n others. I to am an Elvis fan n saw Dr Sayegh perform many many times especially @Yonkers Raceway.

Dr Nazar was my families medical Dr but to us he was sooooo much more,I remember whenever we would go see him he insisted he removed my socks and put them back on ( I never let him ) He was the best !!!!!! Dr. Sayegh was my physician. I must say he was the most caring, attentive and compassionate doctor. A good old fashioned doctor. He took his time to sit down and talk to me when I was sick. Doc was the most compassionate man I have ever known. He cared for most of my family including my mom and late father. He took care of me while I was in the seminary and had no insurance, and never made me feel like I was a charity case. Well done good and faithful servant of God. May God's consolation be with his beautiful wife and family.

On Sunday May 12, 2013 the King of Yonkers has died. 
Uncle Nazar you will be missed by many. Only if you saw how many people came to say goodbye to you today...
You were not only a great mentor, but also a true friend. I always considered you as the "cool uncle"...not because you always drove the nicest cars or had the longest sideburns in westchester county, but because everyone knew once you were in the room, the party has begun. Your presence always brought a smile to everyone's face. I will never forget everything you have taught me over the years working with you since I was a little boy. 
You will be missed. I love you uncle Nazar. We will meet again.

Dr. Sayegh was not only a great physician, an incredible family man, a great artist, and an awesome community leader.  My heart goes out to the Sayegh Family.  I never forgot his Elvis appearances, which he also did to help non-profits raise money.  But more importantly I remember all those families he helped as a physician.  He even went out of his way to learn a few Spanish words to helps our Latino families.  We have lost a king!!!

Dr. Nazar was an amazing person and an amazing doctor. Such a kind and caring human being. He was very special to the Medranda family and he will always be remembered. Today is one of the saddest day in my life, my heart aches. Our community, our city and the whole humanity lost a great man and a wonderful human being.
Dr. Nazar Sayegh was one of a kind. He was my doctor for many years. The last time that I saw him was on April 8Th, 2010, his last performance at 
Empire City Casino, I will remember him forever.
May the Gates of Heaven be Wide Open Today, and may our Lord Jesus Christ Welcome Dr. Nazar Sayegh with Open Arms into the Heavenly Kingdom as our beloved Doctor starts his Eternal life with all the Saints and Righteous Men.

Dr. Nazar was the best doctor I ever had the pleasure of going to.  He was such a caring, loving doctor, who loved his patients.  Whenever you went to him, he made you feel like you were the only patient he had in his office, and he gave you the best examination ever.  I sometimes would run into him on Central Avenue when I was getting gas in my car, and he would scold me for not having on my gloves or my hat in the cold winter.  Dr. Nazar, you were 'tops' in my book, and I will always remember your caring, loving ways and that beautiful smile.  My God welcome you into his kingdom with open arms.  You will truly be missed by all.

Dear Nabil, Nayel, Nader, Nadeem, Nacem, Um Nabil, sisters, wife and children of Nazar. I was happy to hear of Nazar's recovery last year and was looking forward to see this summer. My deepest condolences and sincere sympathy to all. This tragedy on top of losing Michael last year should not happen to such a wonderful family. I am very sorry and hope that his memory will be everlasting.

Dr. Sayegh was a very well loved doctor. I remember when in the old office you were always greeted by him saying welcome home. He was a true doctor  filled with care,love and devotion for his patients. There was always a hug and a kiss on the cheek when his exam was finished as well as him reminding you to drive safely and put your seat belt on.

I am deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Dr Sayegh. I have known the Sayegh family for about 55 years. This wonderful family lived down the street from me and Nayel and me were in the Boy Scouts together. RIP Nazar.
