Rich was the property manager for the Grey Oaks Cooperative building in Yonkers where I was Board President for many years. He was always caring and considerate and respectful and wanted the very best for the building. When I moved to Connecticut during  COVID he called to check that I was settled and well.

Rich was my first husband and he and I had our son Tyler.  He and I may have had our problems but he found me to be his closet friend b 4 the end . I miss our frequent phone calls.

I'm so sorry to hear of Rich's passing.  I've known Rich for many years, from the days years ago when I worked at Hastings Wines and Rich would come in to see his friend George, the owner, and from Equalize Fitness.  Many times over the past few years I'd see Rich bicycling on Broadway in the mornings on my way to work in Irvington.  Rich always had a big smile and a laugh to share with everyone.  I'll miss seeing him at the gym.  My sincere condolences to Tyler and the rest of his family and friends.

I’m going to miss my cousin Rich dearly. He was a true original.  So many good memories. A good natured,  giving, kind, versatile, and a very good humored man. I know he has touched many people and there  will not be another. My heart goes out to everybody in my family. God bless him. 

I worked with Rich when he was the property manager at Grey Oaks Cooperative in Yonkers. He would call me from his car to tell me about his weekend, his girlfriends, his granddaughter Kali,  his son Tyler or about his mother' home renovations. He brought me veggies from his garden which I used to cook for him so that he would have a hot meal when he arrived home. He sent me videos of his wine making and sausage making. We compared biking and hiking trails.

Rich had a big heart, worked endlessly and was proud of his 30+ years at Barhite and Holzinger. He cared about people and his family.
It is sad that he died so young.

My condolences go out to the Pollock family.  I worked with Rich for just shy of 30 years.  He would always talk about what he would be shopping for at Stew Leanard’s to make for dinner or that special cooking gadget at Bed and Bath. 
He always had a funny picture to share or new show to talk about on TV.  He loved his granddaughter and son Tyler.  He will be missed.

So sorry to hear the news of Rich's passing. I had the pleasure of working with him for over 25 years at B&H Management as his electrician on several properties throughout Westchester County. He was a good man, friend,  manager.  Always had a funny story and a brighter side of looking at a difficult issue.
He will be dearly missed in this world.

This is what I remember about Rich; he would come in every Monday with wild stores of his weekends. He single-handedly kept the bandaid co. in business, he cherished his granddaughter Cali, and Tyler and spoke lovingly about his family. During happier times he was funny, good at his job, and had a big heart. He would talk about cooking.  He would bring in vegetables from his garden and of course his home made wine. I believe when we die we leave our natural bodies & experience a new existence, life on steroids, life beyond anything we can imagine. RIP Rich.

I am so sorry for your lose. I knew Rich for years as our property manager in Pleasantville. He was always a good friend and adviser. I pray he is at peace and his family finds comfort in their memories.

For most of his life he was known as Runner rich, but for all of mine he was uncle rich. He loved to Run, Bike, fish, kayak & enjoy a delicious meal. He worked for 30+ years at B&H and always knew how to have a good time. He used to take me on sushi dates, we watched Friends together every week & made it to as many soccer games as he could even if it meant being on calls he was still there. We lost a lot of time together but recently reconnecting is a gift I’ll cherish forever. I’ll always remember you in blue jeans, a white tee and a sweater vest. I love you uncle Rich and I always will. So happy I got to tell you that myself. Hope you’re in paradise with pop pop 🤍 -Bunz
