Robert Lake

Robert D. Lake of Braintree, MA, formerly of Yonkers, died on Tuesday March 22, 2016 after a long progressive disease at the age of 48. He was born on October 22, 1967 to William and Anna May (Schmadel) in Poughkeepsie, N.Y. He was a self-employed carpenter for many years. Robert attended and graduated from Our Lady of the Rosary and Gorton High School. He loved his fishing, hunting and card games with his friends. He is survived by his mother, Anna May Lake and his daughter, Jessica Lake. He is also survived by his siblings, William (Susan) Lake, Sharon (Justin) Regan and Karin Rosa and he was the uncle of Matthew, Kristy, Lindsey and Jennifer. He was predeceased by his father, William Lake Sr. Visiting hours will be at Whalen & Ball Funeral Home on Monday 4-8pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be in Immaculate Conception Church in Irvington on Tuesday March 29th at 10am. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
