Sandra was a lifelong resident of Yonkers, New York. She was born on October 11, 1949 to Peter and Ruth Knecht. She married Edward Grimm (deceased, 2019) on May 16, 1973. Mrs. Grimm leaves behind her children, Kimberly Giorgianni (Danny) and James (Betsy Alicea). She is also survived by her 4 grandchildren, Devon, Noelle, Lily, and Trey, who meant the world to her. She will be missed by her family and friends, but we take comfort in knowing that she is in the company of her family that left before her. Visiting hours will be at Whalen & Ball Funeral Home on Monday 3-7pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Anthony’s Church on Tuesday November 9th at 10:30am. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.
