William E. Kops Jr. of Yonkers died on Friday, April 11, 2014 at age 69. Born on November 27, 1944 to William and Charlotte (Ellis) Kops in Yonkers where he was raised graduated from New Rochelle High School. He was also a Navy Veteran serving during the Vietnam era. On March 5, 1966 he married Rosemarie Riker, she survives. He is also survived by his two children; Rosemarie and William E. III (Angela) Kops and three grandchildren; William, Kristen and Samantha, and his sister Patricia D’Avanzo. Visiting hours will be at Whalen and Ball Funeral Home on Monday, April 14th from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m & 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Family wishes to express their thanks to Dr. Elliot Rosch for his support and friendship.
