Jack was born in St. Paul, Minnesota on February 15, 1945.
He is survived by his three daughters: Malia Simmons of San Clemente, Kate O’Donovan of Placentia, Jaime McGrath of Yorba Linda, five grandchildren: Cordell, Matthew, Shea, Ryan, and Samantha as well as his former wife, Lynn, of 20 years with whom he remained friends. He was preceded in death by his son Jon McGrath of Rosamond.
Jack enjoyed the outdoors: hunting, fishing, camping, and being with his beloved dogs Charlie and Louie.
Services are to be determined at a later date.
