Mrs. Betty (Steen) Blackwell passed away December 26, 2020.
She was the homemaker and wife of Carl Edward Blackwell for 65 years. She is the mother of two children: Gene (Carl) Eugene Blackwell and Vickie Lee Denman.
She loved working at her church and will be remembered for her love of animals and devotion to family.
