Billy Wayne Autwell

Billy “Bill” Wayne Autwell went home with the Lord on Monday, March 6th, 2023. Billy was born on February 21, 1943 in Belton Texas, to his mother Binnie Alexander. Billy is the only son, having 3 younger sisters. The family moved to Arizona, where Billy graduated from Ajo High School. Upon his graduation, he went on to enlist and proudly served in the Army until 1969. Billy married and relocated to Oregon where he went on to raise 3 daughters. The call of the Southwest once again brought he and the family back to where he resided until his passing. He loved spending time with the family. He enjoyed sitting around on Friday night's playing cards, as well as trips to the lake to boat and go fishing. He was very proud of his daughters, but when he became a Grandpa “Papa” he was over the moon. He was a very proud Papa indeed. Billy, was preceded in death by his mother, Binnie. He is survived by his wife, Shannon, his 3 daughters, Kimberly, Sherrie, and Wendy. His 3 sisters Sue, Judy, and Kathy as well as 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Services will be held on March 23rd, 2023 at 9:30 am at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd., Phoenix, Az. 85024 . Reception immediately following at 15017 W.
