Carlton entered this earthly realm on Dec 3, 1935. He was called home to be with the Lord August 17, 2021.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John Calvin Cox and Leona Cox; his brothers Lloyd, Floyd, Ed, and Wayne, his wife Sara Evelyn Cox.
He is greatly loved by his children James Cox, April Hinderliter, (Mike) and David Cox. Also his three Grandchildren, Daniel Cox (Kate), Brian Cox (Vanessa), and James Hinderliter.
Carlton grew up in Arizona, and loved to swim, play tennis and golf with his wife.
He had a servants heart. He sang in the church choir, he retired from the Post Office so he could stay home and be the caregiver of his Father in law; he then became the caregiver of his wife.
Everyone who knows Carlton will remember him for his kindness, gentleness, and Love of the Lord.
May all who read his be reassured that today he resides in the house of the Lord.
