Elizabeth M. Ortiz passed away peacefully, with her loving family by her side, in Sun City West, AZ on April 25, 2015. Elizabeth was a native of the Valley of the Sun, born March 7, 1955 in Phoenix, AZ to Consuelo (Martinez) and Ezequiel Cobos. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, April 30, 2015 at 3:00pm at New Joy Ministries, 12600 N 113th Avenue, Youngtown, AZ.
