She was born January 9, 1931 in Canada to Clara and Thomas Ritchie and was the youngest of 5 children. In 1955, Ethel married Louis Lamania and moved to the United States. Together they had two sons and a daughter.
Ethel loved to travel, read autobiographies and spend time with her family and friends. She was a bank teller for many years until retirement, where her love of dogs led to her second career in pet sitting.
She is survived by two children, Diane (Tim) Page, Michael (Annette) Lamania; a sister, Winnie; two grandchildren, Jocelyn (Julianne) Page and Raquel Lamania; one great grandchild. Ethan Page; as well as many nieces and nephews.
