JC Simpson

was born on December 23, 1929, in Mulhall Oklahoma.

JC graduated from Peoria High School and was drafted by the US Army. He proudly

served our Country from 1951 to 1953. He was married for 66 years to his wife Mary

and they raised six children. They lived in Citrus Heights and Lincoln California for 30

years before retiring to Surprise Arizona.

JC loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman. His other passion was

bowling and spending time with family and friends. He instilled in his children the

importance of hard work and supporting family.

JC is survived by his wife Mary, children: Clayton Simpson (Meadow Vista CA);

Rolleen Russell (South Beach OR); Michael Simpson (Peoria AZ); Kevin Simpson

(Glendale AZ); Amber Brown (Leawood KS); Terry Simpson (Phoenix AZ) and many

grandchildren, great grandchildren, and a great grandson that’s on the way.

A Celebration of Life is scheduled for June 21, 2019, 10:00 am at Western Hills Baptist

Church, 12301 W Glendale Avenue, Glendale AZ 85307.

Donations are requested in lieu of flowers to Serenity Hospice and Palliative Care, who

gave JC excellent care in his final months of life. Payments may be made to Serenity

Foundation, 2999 N 44th Street, Suite 225, Phoenix AZ 85018 in memory of JC Simpson.
