

Myron Jr. was born in Virginia, MN to Myron and Rita (LoPresti) Norman of Virginia, MN. He was a 1952 graduate of Virginia High School. In 1953 Myron met the love of his life, Connie Alleva of West St. Paul, MN. They were married in January 7, 1954 in Bremerton, WA and recently celebrated their 64th wedding anniversary.
In 1953, Myron joined the U.S. Marines where he served honorably in the Korean War. After the war, Myron Jr. embarked with Connie on an incredible life journey that included lovingly raising a family of six children and owning several successful businesses in Virginia, MN. Some of these businesses included candy and confection distribution, Klinx Bar and Kap n Kork Liquor. After raising their family and traveling the world together, Myron and Connie retired to Sun City, AZ in 1989 where they also became successful owners of Chum’s Lounge until 2004.
Myron will be remembered as he lived and will be missed by many people. He was a loving and devoted family man, loyal friend, respected businessman and patriot. He had a great perspective on life and a wonderful sense of humor.
Myron is survived by his wife Connie (Alleva) Norman and their 6 children, Michael (Susie Conrad) Norman of Surprise, AZ, Mary (Richard) Jackson of Sun City, AZ, Susie (Mike) Custard of Mesa, AZ, Katherine (Kerry) Zuehlsdorff of Bloomington, MN, Jim Norman of Peoria, AZ and David (Anne-Marie) Norman of Peoria, AZ, his brother, Jerry (JoAnn) Norman of New Hope, MN, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
