He was born to Mary Margaret Corcoran and Arthur Tardif on March 17, 1930
and raised in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. After completing trade school, he
joined the Royal Canadian Military in1947. Got married to his childhood
sweetheart Patricia S. Anthony of Rouses Point, NY in 1966, and then retired
from military in 1972, and moved his family to Phoenix, AZ. , where he worked
for Sperry/ Honeywell as a Precision Machinist & Grinder. He became a U.S.
Citizen in 1982 and retired from Sperry/Honeywell in 1989. His love to help
others in need led to his volunteer work through St. Vincent De Paul for 25
years. His hobbies included, finance, reading, curling, bowling, golfing and
camping.
