She was born in Dayton, Ohio. She moved to Phoenix, Arizona in 1965 where she worked as an electronic technician and a domestic engineer. Surviving are her children: Lee Heiser, Claudia Lawson (Neal), Larry Heiser (wife: Caryl), and Mark Heiser (wife: Alicia). Phyllis has seven grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Phyllis enjoyed playing cards, bean bag baseball, and traveling in our beautiful country.
A Visitation will be held on Monday, August 26th, 10:30am-12:00pm at Advantage Golden Door Chapel, 11211 Michigan Avenue, Youngtown, AZ, 85363, followed by a burial service at 1:30pm at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 2929 E Pinnacle Peak Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85024.
