Thomas R. Hardesty, 52, of Litchfield Park, Arizona, died September 5, 2013, at Hospice of the Valley in Goodyear. Tom moved to Litchfield Park from California in 1971. He graduated from Agua Fria High School and Arizona State University. He was a PGA teaching pro for many years in Scottsdale. He was last employed by the PGA Superstore in Scottsdale as manager of tournaments and special events. Tom is survived by a daughter, Brooke Hardesty; a son, Ryan Hardesty; mother, Betty Hardesty; sisters Janis Kellerman of Tempe and Nancy Finger of Chandler, and a brother, Richard Hardesty, of Fair Oaks, California. A memorial service will be held at The Church at Litchfield Park on September 28 at 11:00 AM. Memorials may be made to The Church at Litchfield Park.
