Thomas E Penzkofer

He was born in Pinconning, Michigan on August 16th, 1941. Thomas went on to study at and graduate from Saginaw Sacred Heart Catholic School.

Thomas proudly served his country as a member of the Air Force from 1959 to 1963 as a Morse Code decoder. 

He was married to Deanna G. Payne on July 17th, 1965 in St. Christopher's in Bridgeport, Michigan. The two built a happy life together in Birch Run, Michigan after they got married, where they lived until 1999 when the two moved to Arizona. Thomas had a career in merchandising, of which he proudly maintained from 1965 to 2006.

His passion in life included bowling, horseshoes, casinos, and a strong love for animals. In fact, Thomas' joy for bowling was so great that he belonged to the Bridgeport Businessmen's Bowling League for over 25 years, and served as secretary for most of that time.

Thomas is survived by his cherished spouse, Deanna Penzkofer, along with their children, Kimberly Trujillo, Tracy Penzkofer, and Michael Penzkofer. He is also survived by his grandchildren; Jordan Trujillo, Amelia Havens, and Alexander Penzkofer; as well as his sister, Frances Scriver, and his son-in-law Matthew Trujillo, and daughter-in-law Lindsay Penzkofer.

His humor and infectious laugh will be missed by all that knew him.

A committal service for Thomas will take place Friday, September 18th, at Sunland Memorial Park; located at 15826 North Del Webb Blvd, Sun City, AZ 85351, at 12:00pm. A Celebration of Life is to follow the committal service at Thomas and Deanna's home.
