For many years, Betty Jo worked for McDonald Douglas, approaching her responsibilities with patience and perseverance. Through the seasons of life, she carried herself with a resilient steadiness and a kind-hearted way of being that made others feel cared for and at ease.
Betty Jo was a devoted mother to her three children, David, Karen, and Kathi. Her love was expressed in countless everyday ways—through her faithful presence, her thoughtful giving, and the warmth she brought to the home.
In her personal life, Betty Jo found joy in creating and caring. She was a wonderful cook, especially known for her desserts, and she enjoyed sewing very much—pursuits that reflected her generosity and the careful attention she gave to the people and tasks she held dear.
Betty Jo was also very active in her church, living her faith with sincerity and constancy. Her life reflected a spirit of service and a deep respect for others, offered quietly and without fanfare.
A Funeral Service will be held at Weaver-Hughes Mortuary, 33629 YUCAIPA BLVD, YUCAIPA, CA 92399, on July 16, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
A Committal Service will follow at Mountain View Cemetery, 1315 Edgar Ave, Beaumont, CA 92223, on July 16, 2026, from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm.
