A committal service for James will be held Thursday, April 6, 2023 at 12:30 PM at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Blvd, Riverside, California 92518. Following the committal service will be a celebration of life at the Portuguese American Club, 1133 Crafton Ave., Mentone, CA 92359.
