Dear Angulo and Palacio Family,
I am sad to hear of your loss. I cherish the times being your neighbor and have many fond and blessed memories of Frances. I loved coming over and talking to Frances when she was sitting on the front porch or watering the yard. We all know the days ahead will be difficult but know that Frances is in a better place and our Lord and Savior is very happy to have such a sweet Angel in his presence. God Bless the whole family and I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

Rosemary, my deepest condolences to you and your family. Your mother was a great woman. I had the honor of knowing her. She always had a great sense of humor, and that's how I'll always remember her. I know this is a great loss for all of you. Please take comfort knowing that she is now in the presence of God the Father, and what better place can any of us be. May God Bless you and keep you and your family all the days of your lives.
